  Andrew by far exceeded my expectations for an agent. I chose him over other agents due to his down to earth & professional attitude towards his job. I now live interstate and I felt he went the extra mile to make the sale as easy for me as possible. In the end, he managed to lock in the sale on the first open house at a price that I was over the moon about. I will be recommending Andrew to any of my friends looking into real estate.

  Andrew was amazing when selling our home during a challenging time (covid-19 restrictions). Not once did we feel concerned for selling our home with Andrew, as we knew he had the knowledge and know how to do it. We got the price we were after and enjoyed the experience when dealing with Andrew. We would highly recommend Andrew for his honesty, knowledge and down to earth realistic persona. He made the whole process a breeze and would highly recommend him and would use him again! Thanks Andrew!

  Andrew was wonderful. He made us feel that he really cared for our needs as he was selling our mothers home. She had passed away. The home had to be sold as is because we were not able to redecorate it. He arranged for people to come in and clear the house and yard and a gardener to tidy the garden. It looked amazing and the house sold quickly. Thank you Andrew.

  Purchased a home listed by Andrew Rose. Very welcoming and friendly agent. Was honest and upfront from the start including level of interest/other offers and organised a gift for our children after settlement went through. Was a pleasure to deal with and made the process quite easy and enjoyable.

  Keep away from this dodgy place! They let out sub standard properties,with major issues, from water leaking into the roof & exiting from the power points to dishwashers that catch fire & everything in between. Maintenance is non existent, & they will steal your stuff outta the shed, when i was moving my gear, they sent a maintenance crew around who rummaged through my things,stealing hundreds of dollars worth of tools!!!AVOID!!!
